M&S First spotted by @newfoodsuk, Marks & Spencer has launched a giant chocolate Percy Pig for Easter, complete with his signature cheeky smiling facial expression and some jazzy sprinkle trousers. Followers of @newfoodsuk were equally excited about the news, writing comments such as: ‘Need these for Easter’, ‘how cute’ and ‘can’t wait for Easter already’. Percy’s popularity has gone from strength to strength recently, with seemingly no limit on how many sweet treats he can be turned into: from celebration cakes and Percy Pig-flavoured ice cream to mini bites and even a Swiss roll. Meanwhile at Christmas, we saw everyone’s favourite pig transformed into everything from mince pies to a huge stuffed cuddly toy.
