YOU Magazine Fashion Beauty Celebrity Health Life Relationships Horoscopes Food Interiors Travel Home Food M& S is now selling a chocolate sausage dog named Walter By You Magazine - January 11, 2021 Dachshunds — more commonly known as sausage dogs over here in the UK — have never been more popular, and it’s easy to see why. Their super cute appearance and loveable personality have led to them become one of the most popular breeds many of us opted for in 2020’s lockdown. So it perhaps comes as no surprise that Marks & Spencer’s most popular Easter offering this year is set to be a chocolate sausage dog named Walter. Walter the sausage dog is made from milk chocolate with dark chocolate eyes. The loveable pup is available in M&S stores, but there is talk that he will make his way online, too. Walter is a mere £5, meaning you can pick up more than one if you so choose (one for eating, one for keeping forever, we say!). M&S Walter The Sausage Dog Easter Egg, £5, Marks & Spencer Walter the dachshund was first shared on Instagram by popular foodie page NewfoodsUK, and he certainly garnered plenty of attention. Fans commented in their dozens, tagging in friends and writing how much they desperately needed a Walter in their life. View this post on Instagram A post shared by Newfoodsuk (@newfoodsuk) While we can’t imagine how you wouldn’t want a Walter in your life, M&S does have other delicious Easter offerings if he doesn’t do it for you. And the star of the show (unsurprisingly) is Percy Pig-related, as are many of the retailer’s bestselling foodie buys. The huge Percy Pig easter egg will set you back £10, but when you look at him, you’ll realise just how worth it he is. The egg sees a jovial Percy waving to his legions of fans, sporting a pair of sprinkled trousers. The only problem is whether you could bring yourself to break into this masterpiece and actually eat him! M&S Percy Pig Easter egg, £10, Marks & Spencer Whichever of M&S’ Easter delights you choose to invest in, we recommend getting in there quick, as they’ve caused quite the furore online already.
