The homeware line — which promised prices on average 20 per cent lower than their other own brand buys — featured everything from big ticket furniture items like sofas, bed frames and dining tables to home accessories including lamps, vases and soft furnishings. It’s fast become one of our favourite go-to brands for new buys for our spaces, so perhaps it should come as no surprise that the successful John Lewis ANYDAY venture has now expanded into fashion, across womenswear as well as men’s clothing and childrenswear also. John Lewis Launching on Monday 13 September, the ANYDAY fashion range will allow shoppers to grab gorgeous pieces at slightly cheaper prices, while maintaining the quality and integrity John Lewis has always been known for. John Lewis Everything has been designed in house, with head of design Iain Ewing leading his team to create a staggering 700 pieces across all categories. The pieces have been made with a versatile mindset, with casual items that are comfortable enough to wear at home yet chic enough to go out in. The womenswear range features gorgeous chunky Chelsea boots, puffer jackets, denim, accessories, knitwear, athleisure and everything in-between; all of which are designed to last from season to season, year to year. John Lewis Speaking about the latest step, PippaWicks, executive director at John Lewis, said: ‘ANYDAY continues to be a stepchange for us, modernising John Lewis, bringing inspiration and quality to a wider audience. Sales and customer feedback since our Spring launch has been brilliant, our customers have described it as modern, vibrant, inclusive and accessible.’ She continued: ‘Our fashion customers are optimistic and open-minded in their outlook, they look for unique, sustainable, trend driven products at a great price and I truly believe ANYDAY offers all of this to them.’ John Lewis The John Lewis ANYDAY fashion pieces will be available to buy online from 13 September, with new homeware in coming weeks, including key pieces launching into over 120 Waitrose stores nationwide.
