So much so, that an ultimate twinning moment happened recently when Ruth Langsford donned a blue M&S midi dress to present ITV’s This Morning – a dress that none other than the Duchess of Cambridge herself has also recently sported. She revealed that the white belt was her own addition to the outfit, for which she kept other accessories minimal and simple to let the dress to the talking – a good idea with a busy print dress which, at first sight looks like a floral but on closer inspection is in fact a quirky cabbage print. M&S Printed Yoke Midi Waisted Dress, £15 (was £39.50), M&S It’s no surprise that both of these eternally stylish ladies were drawn to this particular midi dress – the cinched-in waist, round neckline, puff sleeves, ruffle hem line and English garden-inspired pattern all come together for a feminine summer look. The dress has been a hit since Kate was first spotted in it to hold a nationwide school assembly back in June, and grew even more popular when it recently went into the sale, taking the £39.50 price tag down to just £15. Naturally, with all it’s celebrity and royal love, plus an amazing discount, the dress has now sold out online, although you might just be lucky if you check your local M&S store.
