From the very start, the duchess-to-be wowed royal watchers with her style picks – and amongst the standouts was a rather stunning blue and green Burberry tartan coat, which Meghan chose for the couple’s trip to Edinburgh. That was, until we saw F&F at Tesco’s latest autumn clothing drop, which boasts a coat that looks incredibly similar to Meghan’s, for a mere fraction of the price. F&F’s navy tartan coat features an almost identical tartan print, along with double-breasted button detail and generous pockets on either side. Best of all, it’s set to retail for just £39 – affordable for a new winter coat by any standards, but a staggering £1,956 less than the Duchess of Sussex’s designer version. Once you’ve made the investment, you can take style inspiration from Meghan and layer it over a black polo neck jumper and flared black trousers.
