The 31-year-old actress, who is married to Essex reality star-turned-international TV presenter, Mark Wright, provides fashion inspiration for many thanks to her enviable personal style and often purse-friendly high street buys. And her latest collection with Very.co.uk is no different. Very.co.uk Building on the success of her collaborations with the brand, Michelle’s latest spring fashion edit marks her second year working with Very and to celebrate, she has not only launched a range of spring wardrobe essentials but her first ever jewellery collection. With everything from cute bracelets to trendy earrings, the new line is set to be a hit with shoppers as we step into the warmer season. So, to mark the occasion, we caught up with Michelle to discuss everything from her most sentimental pieces of jewellery, to her must-have budget beauty products and go-to outfit choices. Which is your favourite piece of jewellery from the Very collection and why I love the gold bamboo hoops – they’re so easy to wear for any occasion and I’ll always tend to go for a hoop. What was the first sentimental piece of jewellery you received and why did it mean so much It has to be my engagement ring, my wedding ring and my Grandma’s wedding ring – they’re all the most beautiful things I own and hold so much sentimental value. As I’m always on set or travelling around, I have to make sure I know exactly where they are at all times. I’m so protective over them! Getty Images Our readers love your style Do you have a fail-safe outfit combo that you always turn to To be honest you can’t go wrong with a great pair of jeans and a nice top. I love jeans and a nice heeled boot with both a casual T-shirt and jacket. I like quite minimal shapes and patterns so I tend to keep things quite simple. What is your favourite spring summer fashion trend I really love jumpsuits and boiler suits at the moment. They’re so easy to wear and flattering on any shape. There’s a couple of jumpsuits in my new collection too which I’m loving. Very.co.uk What is the one staple piece you keep in your wardrobe at all times I think a good tailored blazer is such a key piece in every girl’s wardrobe. You can dress them up or down so it can suit every occasion. I really like the look of a blazer as it adds a touch of glamour to everything. What is the best high-street fashion purchase you have ever made The British high street is one of the best! I’m so delighted to be doing another collection with Very.co.uk as the collection is so accessible. I would have to say the stripe co-ord from my new spring collection is one of my favourite pieces! Very.co.uk Your skin is flawless can you talk us through your skincare regime Taking off my make-up every night is the main thing that I swear by. No matter what, I will always do this as it’s so important! I use Elemis Gentle Foaming Facial Wash (£29), Laura Mercier moisturiser (£49.50) during the day and Bobbi Brown eye cream (£33). Before I go to bed I like to apply Weleda Skin Food (£7.95) along with the Nouveau Lashes Rejuvenating Eye Cream and Mask (£19.99) all over my eye area, eyelashes and brows – it completely rejuvenates my eyes and helps me to look wide awake in the morning. It’s so essential as I’m always travelling so it’s important to keep my lips hydrated. Name three beauty items you always keep in your bag I always carry my Nouveau Lashes Lash & Brow Conditioning Serum (£19.99) with me to keep my lashes in great condition following LVL treatments or after wearing more makeup than usual on set. I also always have a nourishing hand cream and a bottle of water. Do you have any exciting TV projects we can look forward to seeing this year I’m about to start filming again for BBC1 Our Girl so really excited to be back with the team again!
