Having just spent weeks in sweaty New York, she has new solutions to counter frizz and shiny skin. ‘My skin has been oilier recently. As for her hair, she massages a smidgen of castor oil into her scalp when it gets dry and itchy and rubs aloe vera on to the ends to smooth humidity-induced frizz. She stays in shape by doing pilates or boxing with her brother, and she finds that the electrolytes in Glaceau Smartwater (60p, nationwide) help her to hydrate quickly – even when it’s steaming hot.
