Interiors editor Nicole Gray shows how to give our homes a cosy ‘cottagecore’ revamp. Home-made bread fresh out of the oven, roaring log fires… images of cosy country living are having a moment everywhere, from Instagram to Pinterest. Searches for cottagecore on Google are up by 5,950 per cent since March, while on TikTok the look has racked up over four billion views. A muted palette and natural waxed timber furniture create a warm, nurturing effect.
