Switching to the Echelon Row has been a godsend in that I can enjoy a low-impact but effective, full-body workout in my home again. I was pleasantly surprised by how quiet the machine is to use in my first floor flat but don’t be fooled, toggling between the 32 resistance levels, had me working up a sweat and out of breath before I knew it. Fortunately, the different levels of resistance also mean that there are endless options for people of all fitness levels to challenge themselves too and I could vary the intensity of my training throughout the week.
