Aldi The latest supermarket to reveal their hot cross bun offering for 2021 is Aldi, and they’ve really pulled out the stops this year with over 10 different flavours and varieties – including the 99p pack of four Specially Selected Luxury Fruited Hot Cross Buns which just won Best Hot Cross Bun in Good Housekeeping‘s annual Easter taste test. Aldi From the traditional fruity bun to savoury chilli and cheese or sweet varieties such as raspberry and Belgian white chocolate or salted caramel, there’s a lot to take in on Aldi’s hot cross bun aisle (and they really will need a whole aisle for this lot). There’s even a gluten free variety so no one need miss out on the classic Easter treat this year. As always at Aldi, the great quality food comes at brilliantly low prices, with the Everyday Essential Hot Cross Bun starting at less than 14p per bun.
