There are lots of events going on in the build up to the big day, culminating in a long weekend starting on Thursday 2 June, thanks to the extra bank holiday the Queen is gifting us so we can celebrate the momentous occasion in proper fashion. There are also a slew of jubilee-themed merchandise and memorabilia being released – such as this stunning Emma Bridgewater collection – and, never one to miss a trick, British stalwart Marks & Spencer is getting in on the action too. From the 1 June, you’ll also find adorable Caramel Corgi Mousse Cakes in store, and Coronation Spatchcock Chicken, Quiche Bites and Sausages. M&S shared that it will also be selling Queen’s Guard Cheese Truckles, a Jubilee Ham & Egg Sandwich and Corgi Gingerbread.
