Chris O’Donovan Chris Donovan In 2011, my house burned down. I lost everything. (Everyone told me it was cleansing!) But I used to see these limited-edition dolls in Lanvin so when the insurance money came through, they were one of the first things I bought. Chris O’Donovan Of the many bags I own, this monogrammed leather Goyard one sums me up the best. White is my favourite colour – my whole house is white inside and out. It’s chic and timeless. Chris O’Donovan After my marriage to Noel [Gallagher], Nur Khan [the nightclub impresario] gave me this Francis Bacon self-portrait. It survived the fire as it was in a gallery being valued. Chris O’Donovan I bought this Chanel surfboard a few years ago. I don’t surf, but I love the look of it. It stands in my kitchen and is battered because my dogs keep knocking it over. Chris O’Donovan The first time i realised how much influence the internet had was when this photo of Anaïs went viral. It was taken at Kate Moss’s wedding by photographer Mario Testino. I tweeted it and hairdresser Sam McKnight added the comment ‘move over, KM!’ it was picked up all over the world. Chris O’Donovan A big group of us – including Sadie Frost and Sir David Tang – went to the Far East for Kate Moss’s birthday. I bought this kimono, which is several hundred years old. It now hangs in my wardrobe as a nice memory. Chris O’Donovan I was always fascinated by my mum’s silver confirmation bracelet. She used to let me open and close it, but I could never wear it. She died in 2014 and my dad gave it to me last Christmas. She knew I loved it. Chris O’Donovan My daughter Anaïs was named after [writer] Anaïs Nin. This first edition of Fire: From A Journal of Love was a gift from [late fashion editor] Isabella Blow. I remember her telling me off for serving her tea in a mug.
