We asked the YOU magazine fashion team to share their outfits, schedule and tips for the shows to watch out for this year… Friday Acting Fashion Editor Emily Dawes Judith jeans, £49.99, Mango Lingua Franca The Future is Female jumper, £350, Net-A-Porter Coat, £79.99, H&M Bisset leather bucket bag, £290, mytheresa.com Metal earrings, £9.99, Mango 8.30am – Meet the team for an all-important coffee to discuss the day’s schedule! 9.15am – CEO of the British Fashion Council, Caroline Rush’s speech launches the weekend. 10am – An appointment with Amanda Wakeley’s to see her new collection. 11am – Back to the BFC showspace for Bora Aksu. 12pm – Lunch at our favourite Fashion Week haunt – Zizzi. 1pm – Fyodor Golan’s show – always a fun one! 2pm – A quick coffee break as we shoot some footage for our LFW diary video! 3pm – Marta Jakubowski’s show – one of our ones to watch. 4pm – Head to Mulberry’s event to re-see their SS18 collection (and try to avoid the temptations of the see now buy now collection!) 5pm – Seeing what Johnston’s of Elgin have in store for their very first presentation. 6pm – Back to the BFC for the much anticipated first solo Matty Bovan show. 7pm – Time for some celeb spotting on Ashley Williams’ FROW. 8.30pm – Keeping our eyes out for the next big thing at the Central St Martins graduate show. 9pm – Finally time to wind down with a cocktail at Emma Charles’ event at the Ace Hotel. Saturday Fashion Assistant Joanne Toolan Fernweh mini suede backpack, £375, Net-A-Porter Wrap skirt with contrasting topstitching detail, £29.99, Zara Alto Pointed Block Heels Black Leather, £96, Office Metallic knitted turtleneck sweater, £110, Ninety Percent 9.30am – Kicking off the day with the Alice Archer presentation – a designer name to know. 10.30am – Getting up close and personal with the Osman collection as he swaps shows for a presentation. 11am – The TOGA show – always a pleasure. 12pm – Quick pit stop at Fernandez and Wells to recharge our batteries. 1pm – Serious accessory inspiration at the Lulu Guinness’ LFW debut. 2pm – Starting the party early with the master of frills Molly Goddard at her celeb packed show. 3pm – Coffee break as we snap the best of fashion week’s street style. 5pm – Wishing Christopher Bailey a fond farewell at his last show for Burberry. 6.30pm – Sitting with the in-crowd at House of Holland. 9pm – Time for a girls’ night out at the Clio Peppiatt X gal-dem Party and AW18 Film Screening. Sunday – Contributing Fashion Editor Hannah Hughes Cotton Blend Step Hem Cable Knit Jumper, £55, M&S Cotton Rich A-Line Midi Skirt with Belt, £45, M&S Straw cross body bag, £32, Monsoon Leather Slingback Court Shoes, £65, M&S 9am – Rejina Pyo – one of our favourite female designers. 10am – Temperley London show for some strong occasion wear inspiration. 11am – Celebrating 20 years of design at the Preen by Thronton Bregazzi show. 12pm – A Crussh juice to combat the late nights and a reconvene with the team for some outfit pictures. 2pm – Delpozo for their first show in the UK. 3pm – Popping by the Fashion East show for a selection of talented emerging designers. 4pm – Starsica show – one of BFC’s one’s to watch. 6pm – Known as fashion’s most colourful designer, Mary Katrantzou’s show is worth a watch. 7pm – Ashish – always a fun show packed with glitter. 9pm – Rounding the day off with the AAEDNEVIK AW18 Fashion Show – a celebrity favourite. Monday – Managing Fashion Booking Editor Lucy Coghlan Coat, £34.99, H&M Jumper, £17.99, H&M (instore only) BB, £495, Manolo Blahnik Striped trousers, £24.99, H&M Joy calf leather bucket bag, £665, J&M Davidson 9am – Starting off the day with an appointment at Pringle of Scotland. 10am – Heading backstage at Roksanda to spy the latest hair and beauty trends. 11am – Erdem – a Duchess of Cambridge favourite. 12pm – Stopping for a caffeine top-up whilst writing up the key trends of the season for the YOU website. 2pm – A quick bite to eat at Fashion Week hotspot Chiltern Firehouse. 3pm – Christopher Kane – keeping an eye out for another crazy shoe collab. 4pm – Mother of Pearl for textures galore. 5pm – Emilia Wickstead – a YOU Mag fashion team favourite. 6pm – An appointment to see a preview of Alexa Chung’s highly anticipated new season. 7pm – Casual couture at A.V ROBERTSON’s first independent show. 9pm – Swapping London for somewhere more exotic at the Stories from Arabia Penthouse. Tuesday – Fashion Intern Laura Smith Madame Viv', £1750, Roger Vivier Premium Oversized Texture Coat, £110, Topshop MOTO Black Joni Jeans, £36, Topshop Riva Mini Circle Stacking Ring, £135, Monica Vinader Brandy mules, £79, Jones Bootmaker (available mid-March) Viscose rib pullover, £250, Wolford 9am – A quick brekkie with the team and some Facebook live planning. 10am – Ukranian starlet Natasha Zinko’s show – we love her dresses. 11am – Back to the BFC showspace for Eudon Choi. 12pm – The Teatum Jones show. 1pm– Shrimps presentation for all our Winter coat needs 3pm – A by Jigsaw for a high street fix. 4pm – Head back to the office to write the trend round-up! 8pm – Partying for a good cause at Naked Heart Foundation’s Fabulous Fun Fair.
