YOU Magazine Fashion Beauty Celebrity Health Life Relationships Horoscopes Food Interiors Travel Home Celebrity Holly Willoughby’ s beauty book Reflections is finally available to buy By You Magazine - October 29, 2021 We’ve long admired Holly Willoughby for her fashion sense, serving up amazing high street looks every day on ITV’s This Morning, but now it transpires that the television presenter has a lot to say about beauty, too. Taking to Instagram in April, Holly announced to her then 7.1 million followers that she has written a book titled Reflections. She said that the book ‘is essentially thoughts and musings from me on inner and outer beauty. We live in a world where so much is about how we present ourselves on the outside and there is fun to be had here but true beauty comes from within… there is an alignment that needs to happen and finding that balance hasn’t always felt so easy.’ View this post on Instagram A post shared by Holly Willoughby (@hollywilloughby) She began the announcement by saying: ‘This is a message I’ve been looking forward to sending… I’ve been working on a very special project – a book! Writing is such a personal process and between these pages, you will find many little pieces of me.’ The This Morning presenter went on to explain her motives for writing the book: ‘Now, I’m finally at a point in my life where I can see a little more clearly and I want to share my truths in the hope that maybe they’ll help you too. This book is my celebration of how inner and outer beauty can work together in perfect harmony. I hope this book will start conversations, whether they’re about how to find your signature lipstick, reclaim your sexuality, or treat yourself more kindly – and, ultimately, what it means to feel beautiful, confident, complete.’ Reflections, £10, Amazon Fans of Holly will certainly love this new tome, but anyone interested in a book that ‘explores what it means to live a beautiful life in the modern world’ will surely find something within the pages for them. The book untangles topical and emotional issues such as body image, burnout and control with ‘candour, nuance and hard-won insight’. The book is now available to buy, just in time to make it a lovely little Christmas present. There’s good news for Holly fans who can’t wait that long, though. Holly Willoughby shared the news that she will be live in conversation to talk about her book and ‘experiences about how [she] learned to live a fuller, happier life’. The ‘evening with Holly Willoughby’ to discuss her book will take place on 2 November 2021, at the Barbican in London. ‘I’ll be chatting about everything I think might help you find your way to celebrate yourself-whether that’s finding your perfect lipstick, listening to your intuition or simply finding time for you,’ she continued.
