Snaffle these from your daughter (while she’s raiding your make-up bag). 1. Milk Makeup Matte Bronzer (£20.50, cultbeauty.co.uk) is an easy-to-apply stick that doubles up as a contour and gives a really natural effect. Plus it’s hydrating as it contains mango butter and avocado oil. 2 Inc.redible Bounce Blush (£8, nailsinc.com), from the more youth-focused arm of Nails Inc, comes in three shades. It’s a lightweight blush that gives good buildable colour in a super-portable size. 3 Glossier Milky Oil (£10, glossier.com), a blend of micellar water and oil, is a winning combination for removing make-up, including waterproof, and doesn’t leave behind a greasy film. 4 Tony Moly Panda’s Dream White Hand Cream (£10.50, cultbeauty.co.uk). Kids don’t have the monopoly on kitsch and this packaging is fun. The contents are good, too: it absorbs quickly, isn’t sticky and leaves hands soft. 5 Spots & Stripes Gentle Cleansing Lotion (£13, spots-and-stripes.com) is more for tweens, in truth, but also good for teens. Though labelled for boys, this range is already being stolen by parents with sensitive skin. 6 Baylis & Harding Beauticology Bath Fizzers (£8 for four, amazon.co.uk). I haven’t used a bath bomb since Madonna used to rave about Lush’s offerings, but sometimes it’s fun to use a bath for a fizzy wake-up rather than a deep relax. 7 My Clarins Re-Boost Comforting Hydrating Cream (£22, clarins.co.uk) is part of a new line for ‘younger’ skin to encourage starting good habits, which embraces modern values: vegan, no parabens, sulphates or phthalates. Iuse this cream, with goji berry extract and tamarind fruit acids, when Iwant to gently rehydrate rather than renovate. Feature by Edwina Ings-Chambers. Beauty assistant: Alice Robertson.
