YOU Magazine Fashion Beauty Celebrity Health Life Relationships Horoscopes Food Interiors Travel Home Life B& Q is offering socially-distanced home delivery on all of its real Christmas trees this year By You Magazine - November 17, 2020 Of all of the traditions we look forward to each December, picking out and adorning our tree has got to be one of the most wonderfully festive. But in light of 2020 looking different to any year in recent memory, this winter B&Q is making the experience a little easier for us all by offering nationwide socially distanced delivery of its collection of real trees for the very first time. B&Q Kam Dhillon, B&Q’s Christmas Category Manager, said of the decision: ‘Many of us love the annual trip to pick out a real Christmas tree, and perhaps even enjoy the tussle of trying to fit it in the car to bring it home! ‘We know this year is different though and so, to ensure anyone can enjoy the tradition of having a real Christmas tree, we are proud to be helping out with the introduction of nationwide home delivery on all of our real cut and potted trees for the very first time. Christmas starts with a tree, and no one should miss out on that.’ B&Q The service begins on 20th November, when customers will be able to order real trees on diy.com with prices starting from £19. Trees up for grabs include the Nordmann Fir, traditional Norway Spruce and a low-drop Blue Spruce, as well as the new Fraser Fir, a more slimline option that’s ideal for smaller spaces. Whichever option you choose, all of B&Q’s real trees are harvested from sustainable forests and 93 per cent are grown right here in the UK. B&Q When placing your order, you can choose a specific delivery date to suit you, which means you can be poised for your tree’s arrival with your finest decorations at the ready. Alternatively, if you prefer to go and pick it up in person, you can also select Click and Collect at the checkout. While it’s long been possible to order artificial trees online, this development from B&Q means its easier than ever to get a real tree sent straight to your home as well.
