YOU Magazine Fashion Beauty Celebrity Health Life Relationships Horoscopes Food Interiors Travel Home Life Emily In Paris has been renewed for season 3 and 4 on Netflix By You Magazine - January 11, 2022 Hit Netflix show Emily In Paris certainly has viewers divided – some people can’t stand it and some people can’t get enough. Season 2 landed just in time for the Christmas break last year, with fans of the show binge-watching all of the new episodes in a matter of days. The good news for them is, Netflix has confirmed Emily In Paris has been renewed for season 3 and 4. View this post on Instagram A post shared by Emily In Paris (@emilyinparis) The official Emily In Paris Instagram account shared the news, writing: ‘Say “bonjour” to 3 & 4! ? EMILY IS OFFICIALLY RETURNING FOR TWO MORE SEASONS!’ Fans were obviously delighted, with many pining for more Emily and Gabriel screen time. One person commented: ‘Please give us the Gabriel/Emily content we deserve’. Another wrote: ‘I hope in S3 we see more Emily and Gabriel’. If you haven’t finished watching the second season yet, look away now. Spoilers incoming… Netflix The season 2 finale saw Emily considering a job offer to join her boss Sylvie at a new marketing firm. Another conundrum Emily faced in the last episode was that her boyfriend, Alfie, revealed he was moving back to London. Instead of opting for a long-distance relationship, Emily told Gabriel that she loves him, only to find he had reunited with his ex partner Cami. Showrunner Darren Star previously admitted the ‘challenge’ is where Emily goes from here. ‘She’s faced with a major decision. She has reasons to pick a number of doors at the end of Season 2, and our challenge is deciding which of those doors she’s going to choose and why,’ he said. ‘That’s what Season 3 is going to be about. When you live in a foreign country, one of the questions is, where’s your heart? Is it the place you came from, or the place you are at the moment? Emily is going to be struggling with that as well.’ Netflix Even though Emily initially turned down Alfie and has feelings for Gabriel, Darren suggested she could still give the long-distance relationship with Alfie a go. ‘I love Alfie, personally,’ he said. ‘I wouldn’t write Alfie off, and I don’t think Emily should, either… London’s not far from Paris.’ Could this become Emily in London? We’d love to see it.
