We have been gifted their new tantalizing Vegan Festive Rustica Pizza recipe, featuring delicious toppings such as pesto and butternut squash… Serves 1-2 depending on how hungry you are… What you need For the dough: 130g flour 3g salt, 2g yeast 75ml water For the pizza sauce: 2oz of Passata pinch sea salt & pepper pinch chopped fresh basil & oregano To go on top!: Handful of Spinach 200g Vegan Mozzarella 75g Cooked Butternut Squash 12g Balsamic Onion 60g Fire Roast Peppers 25g Super Green Pesto What to do Put oven on to highest temp (230oc) Add 130g flour, 3g salt, 2g yeast, 75ml water to a large bowl and mix together until a dough is formed Leave mixture to rest until it doubles in size Sprinkle work surface in semolina Roll out your 210g dough into a long rectangular shape Sprinkle semolina or flour on to dough Stretch your pizza base out to approx. 20 inches long by 10 inches wide Add a thin layer of pizza sauce Add Pizza Toppings except Super Green Pesto Put in oven for approx. 10-12 mins or until dough is golden brown, cheese has melted and pizza cooked through Remove from oven Add Super Green Pesto And… enjoy! *Zizzi’s new Festive Specials menu is out now, which includes Beetroot Cured Salmon Gravadlax, deliciously rich Roast Duck Festivo, Squid Ink Lobster Tortelloni and for a sweet treat, Clementine Sticky Toffee Pudding and more.
