Getty Images Available exclusively at Iceland as of yesterday (20 April), the classic range of sweets that have received a fun frozen twist include Fruit Salad, Black Jack, Flump, Wham and Dip Dab – perfect for the whole family to enjoy in the sunshine. The Fruit Salad ice cream lolly is made from creamy pineapple and raspberry ice cream twisted together for that unmistakable fruity taste, while the Flump-inspired version twists together pink and yellow vanilla ice cream for a near identical-looking replica of the original squishy sweet. The Black Jack ice cream lolly combines black aniseed-flavoured and white vanilla-flavoured ice cream in the same twisty style on a stick. Barratt Barratt Dip Dab, £1.50, Iceland Barratt Black Jack Aniseed & Vanilla Flavour Ice Lollies, £1.50, Iceland Barratt Wham Original Raspberry & Vanilla Ice Cream, £2, Iceland The Wham ice cream comes in a tub and contains creamy raspberry and vanilla ice creams ripped with raspberry sauce and sprinkled with sour lemon and lime crystals that give a Wham bar its signature tongue-tingling flavour. The Dip Dab is the only ice lolly in the offering – a strawberry flavoured icy treat that of course comes complete with a sachet of lemon-flavoured sherbet to dip into, for ultimate throwback vibes. Barratt Barratt Fruit Salad Raspberry & Pineapple Flavour Ice Lollies, £1.50, Iceland Barratt Flumps Mini Vanilla Flavour Ice Cream Lollies, £1.50, Iceland Multipacks of the lollies are retailing at £1.50, while the tub of Wham ice cream costs £2 and all are made with no artificial colourings or flavourings. Even better, the tub of Wham contains just 138 calories per serving – so you won’t feel bad when you consume the whole tub in one go! Russell Tanner, Marketing Director at Barratt, said of the launch: ‘We know Barratt fans are always looking for new ways to enjoy their favourite sweets and these ice creams are set to become classics in their own right. After extensive product testing we’re confident we’re bringing Iceland shoppers an amazing new range that will be popped in the trolley week after week.’ Just the thought of these treats is taking us right back to the playground – we’re not sure whether kids or adults will enjoy them more.
