Fresh pasta While you can buy dried gluten-free pasta from supermarkets, there’s something so satisfying about making your own. Use this dough to make lasagne sheets or tagliatelle – it’s pasta machine-friendly, too! Hannah Hughes GET THE RECIPE Pizza Margherita I can’t believe I went so long without eating pizza when my three-ingredient gluten-free pizza dough is so easy to make. Hannah Hughes GET THE RECIPE Korean-style fried chicken tenders Think super-crunchy fried chicken in a thick, sticky, sweet and spicy sauce. One bite and you’ll be hooked! Hannah Hughes GET THE RECIPE Garlic and rosemary focaccia Every time I eat this focaccia, I absolutely cannot believe that it’s gluten-free. It’s light and fluffy with a soft crust, infused with tons of flavour thanks to the olive oil and finished with a hit of fresh rosemary and salt. Hannah Hughes GET THE RECIPE Ham and cheese breakfast galettes Traditionally made with buckwheat flour, so make sure yours is gluten-free. These are just like the galettes I had in Paris – thin and crisp, filled with an egg with runny yolk, melted cheese and ham. The perfect easy breakfast or brunch. Hannah Hughes GET THE RECIPE Grandma’ s ginger biscuits Nobody made ginger biscuits quite like my grandma. They’re crisp on the outside and chewy in the middle, with a sweet, warming hug of ginger. Hannah Hughes GET THE RECIPE Baked ring doughnuts My baked ring doughnuts are super soft, light and finished with a sweet glaze plus sprinkles – ‘Homer Simpson doughnuts’, as I call them! Hannah Hughes GET THE RECIPE Lemon drizzle cake The secret ingredient is ground almonds, which make this lovely and moist. It’s also packed with lemon thanks to the drizzle and the icing.
