That’s right, fans of The Great British Bake Off can now enjoy all the fun of the hit TV show, minus the panic-inducing time constraints or Paul Hollywood breathing down your neck! The Bake Off Box is a monthly subscription that delivers everything you need to create the ultimate technical challenge at home. There are a select few things sure to bring on the festive feeling each year, one of them being delicious Christmas bakes. Luckily for us, the Bake Off Box has created a kit to make a ‘Christmas cake extravaganza’ this year. Bake Off Box Christmas Bundle, £36.99, Bake Off Box The Christmas Bundle features a Christmas Bake Off recipe from the experts behind the show – Gingerbread Cake with Snowy Gingerbread Houses. Yum! The kit also includes a Bake Off Cake Stand, an apron and two recipe cards. If you already subscribe to the box, you’ll receive this recipe and the apron in December as normal. To follow along with Season 12 of the wholesome baking show, The Bake Off Box team created ‘bake along with the show’ boxes. Each recipe is a surprise and sent out to subscribers during the months the show is on. What’s more, each is exactly the same as one of the challenges in the latest episode of the new series, so you really can feel like one of the Bake Off-ers. So you can create exactly the same bakes as the contestants in the tent, but from the comfort of your own home (and without the timer ticking). On the website, you can choose to purchase the November box by itself. There are also recipes boxes for bakes that have previously been made in the show, such as mini rolls, strawberry and vanilla sandwich biscuits and a Bakewell tart box. Plus, there are loads of Bake Off-approved utensils available. What’s even better is that 50p from every box bought is donated to the charity Stand Up To Cancer. Each recipe has been carefully developed by the expert GBBO team, so whether you’re a Star Baker in the making or a total novice, you’re guaranteed a delicious and successful bake every time (granted you read those instructions properly!).
