In fact, she called on an old friend, make-up artist Daniel Martin, for her wedding day glam and it seems the two are still as close as ever. Getty Images Daniel, who has since shot to fame, paid a visit to the Duchess of Sussex in London this week and the pair shared a lovely brunch, which, by the looks of things was made by Meghan herself – yes, really! Taking to Instagram, the make-up artist shared an insightful post showing off Meghan’s avocado toast-making skills and quite frankly, they’re quite impressive. It’s not every day we see a royal’s homemade brunch plate, and especially not from the privacy of their own kitchen. Martin’s lovely snap is one of the first (and very rare) insights into Meghan’s private life since she married Prince Harry last May and become a member of the royal family. In her first project as a royal, the former actress worked with some of the women affected by the Grenfell tragedy to create Together, a book of recipes inspired by their community. And like the supportive friend he is, Daniel was there to cheer her on sharing an encouraging Instagram post, celebrating her achievement.
