Specifically, the nasty and often painful rash you get where your inner thighs rub when you wear skirts or dresses. You squeeze a little out the tube and dab it where you need it. Non-greasy and won’t stain. H& M Anti-chafing Biker shorts, £6.99, H& M These super soft shorts come in black and beige, and work by preventing skin from rubbing together. Wear them under dresses and skirts.
