YOU Magazine Fashion Beauty Celebrity Health Life Relationships Horoscopes Food Interiors Travel Home Fashion John Lewis is now offering free virtual personal styling services By You Magazine - April 15, 2020 While the shops may still be shut, the good people at John Lewis & Partners are determined to carry on providing the expert guidance so many shoppers lean on when it comes to big budget spending or styling solutions. Which is why they’ve launched a new free virtual service where you can call on some of John Lewis’ expert interiors and styling Partners to provide their advice and knowledge in a 1-2-1 environment – all via video call, of course. John Lewis & Partners While the British department store plan to launch a range of virtual services and experiences by the end of April, including inspirational talks and learning sessions, the first of the free services that you can start using today include virtual nursery, home design and personal styling advice sessions. Whether you’ve got a newborn on the way and want to make sure you have everything you need before the arrival of your little one, looking to give your indoor space a facelift or are in desperate need of a decluttering session or revamp of your wardrobe, John Lewis has got you covered. Book yourself a one hour virtual appointment with an expert Personal Stylist and you’ll receive advice on how to declutter and organise your wardrobe and drawers, how to style key staples and streamline your wardrobe as well as helping you rediscover treasured items and build new outfits around them. Afterwards you’ll receive a follow up email with a mood board, ideas and shopping list. John Lewis & Partners The virtual nursery advice service will provide reassurance to parents-to-be, answering questions and discussing the best products during a one hour video call, after which callers will receive a follow up email containing a personalised shopping list. John Lewis & Partners Peter Cross, Customer Experience Director for John Lewis and Waitrose said of the new venture: ‘In these unsettling times, we understand that life’s key milestones such as having a baby can’t be put on hold. Our customers depend on John Lewis to provide that guidance and support for them, every step of the way, which is why we have transformed our core services to make them available, free of charge, to customers in their homes. ‘Through the power of technology, these appointments have been carefully curated to reflect the needs of the nation during thisnational crisis.
