So, what does the week have in store? SCORPIO 24 Oct-22 Nov If your heart’s not in what you’re trying to do, give up, at least for a while. The current cosmic setup is likely to make you frustrated so focus on easier and more enjoyable tasks. Sometimes it’s best to switch off and let the world sort itself out. SAGITTARIUS 23 Nov-21 Dec You may be unhappy with your lot but this is not the time to make changes. A Sun-Pluto link warns that anything you do on impulse is likely to backfire and it’s you who’ll get burned. Relax for now and in a few days a new opportunity will come your way. CAPRICORN 22 Dec-20 Jan Pluto in your sign will make you critical of both yourself and others this week. Nothing is ever perfect but acknowledging that fact will do nothing to improve your mood. You will have a lot to say for yourself – and a lot of apologising to do. AQUARIUS 21 Jan-19 Feb You seem to have been in the right place at the right time a lot recently – which is fine. But the planets warn that some people are suspicious of your run of good luck and are digging into your past. Even if you’ve nothing to hide, don’t make it easy for them. PISCES 20 Feb-20 March Nothing worth having is free of risk. Remember that this week and you’ll greatly increase your chances of success. Before every move ask yourself if the risks are worth the potential rewards. If they are, press on; if they are not, back off. ARIES 21 March-20 April You can, if you wish, get involved in power struggles and office politics this week but is it worth the effort? With so much going well for you now, you can afford to ignore what is going on around you. Why make life difficult when it doesn’t have to be? TAURUS 21 April-21 May If certain people give you a hard time early in the week, assume they’re doing it in the hope you’ll overreact and do something silly. The Sun in your sign from Wednesday will put things in perspective. In the meantime, don’t rise to the bait. GEMINI 22 May-21 June This seems to be a lucky phase for you and you may be wondering what you did to deserve it when so many others aren’t riding the same lucky streak. All you can do is assume that fate knows what it’s doing – and enjoy yourself, of course! CANCER 22 June-23 July This week’s important Sun-Pluto link indicates you’re likely to find yourself in a situation where the odds are stacked against you. On this occasion, if no other, it might be wise to back off, to let others know you don’t want to make an issue of it. LEO 24 July-23 Aug If you compare yourself to others you’ll be dissatisfied with your lot, because there will always be greater and lesser persons than you. Focus instead on your own talents. Your life has purpose and meaning and, believe it or not, you’re doing better than most. VIRGO 24 Aug-23 Sept You will regret it if you keep your suspicions to yourself this week. If certain facts and figures don’t add up find out why and then make sure everyone knows about it. It may make you unpopular with some but that’s their problem, not yours. LIBRA 24 Sept-23 Oct This could be a week of high emotions – you may get angry one minute and burst into tears the next. The Sun at odds with autocratic Pluto suggests problems with partners and authority figures. It all depends on how you react – and whether you think first.
