From their iconic ‘love sausage’ for Valentine’s Day and their spooky Colin the Caterpillar for Halloween to their bestselling Yumnut (a hybrid of a yum-yum and a doughnut) that launched last year and has been reimagined with chocolate fondant and chocolate speckled eggs, it’s fair to say they’ve mastered the art of the punny food product. This Easter weekend, try their brand new Egg-clair, a choux pastry filled with whipped cream and passionfruit-flavoured creme patissiere, topped with white chocolate fondant and a yellow chocolate ‘yolk’. Following the success of their Best Ever Éclair last year – a seven-inch scene stealer which sold over 700 every hour and featured 50 per cent more cream and 20 per cent more choux than their standard éclair – this pretty, witty, limited-edition pudding is sure to fly off the shelves, too.
