For eight weeks every summer (and sometimes winter, too), we can’t help but get sucked into the drama of these singletons looking for love – or perhaps looking for an influencer deal, but never mind. The winners of this summer’s series, Ekin-Su Cülcüloğlu and Davide Sanclimenti, were no strangers to drama during their time in the villa. And considering they won the show from a public vote, the nation were clearly big fans of the couple for making Love Island worth watching six nights a week. Rex Features Those who voted for Ekin-Su and Davide will be delighted to know we’re about to see a lot more of them back on our screens, as they confirmed they’re getting their own TV show. We don’t know what the show will be called or when it will air just yet, but the couple did reveal what it will be about when they appeared on Channel 4’s Big Breakfast with AJ Odudu and Mo Gilligan. Davide said: ‘Yes I can tell you this. We are going on a road trip to Italy and Turkey, for one week in Italy and one week in Turkey… We are going to be on ITV2 and it’s going to be like our own programme.’ View this post on Instagram A post shared by Ekin-Su Cülcüloğlu (@ekinsuofficial) Davide is originally from Italy and Ekin-Su from Turkey, so we can’t wait to see how they enjoy each other’s culture and heritage in the TV show. The pair have already met each other’s mums during an episode of Love Island, so hopefully it shouldn’t be too awkward or scary, right?
