Not only is it full of fashion-forward clothes and accessories at bargain prices, but there is a whole bunch of make up, beauty essentials and stylish homeware on offer, too. Although items aren’t available to buy online, we can gauge what is a hit with shoppers by taking a peek at Primark’s Instagram page. Previously, we’ve noticed Primark’s Instagram followers going wild for a white jumpsuit that racked up over 67,000 likes, a bralette and shorts co-ord and a comfy underwear set. But the latest Primark buy to catch our eye are three pairs of strappy sandals, which happen to bear a strong resemblance to a pair from & Other Stories, as well as other more expensive brands. When compared to the £85 pair from & Other Stories, we can’t help but be impressed at that saving. In just two days, the post gained over 21,000 likes, so it seems followers felt the same way. The Primark strappy sandals come in three different colours: brown, white and orange. A read through the comments on the post shows followers took a particular liking to the orange pair. ‘Oooh love the orange ones,’ one fan wrote. ‘Can we go to Primark and buy these in every colour?!’ another follower asked, tagging her friend in the comment. Chunky Strap Heeled Leather Sandals, £85, & Other Stories The sandals from & Other Stories are leather, which would mean they cost a fair bit more and may be more durable. But in terms of style factor, there’s really not much in it. & Other Stories also have these sandals available in a black and light yellow colourway. Elita leather mules, £109, Vince, The Outnet Another similar, yet much more expensive pair of strappy mules are these from LA-based designer label Vince. The leather mules feature a square toe and block heel. Forever New Millie multi-strap block mule, £60, ASOS The Primark strappy sandals are also dupes of this £60 pair on ASOS. Unlike the other more expensive versions, these aren’t made from leather.
