Don’t despair – the store just dropped an equally fabulous edit of party wear that will see you through the festive season in style. With prices starting at just £3.99 for accessories like statement earrings, this is a range that offers a luxe look on a budget, with many pieces that could be deemed dupes for designer buys, at a fraction of the cost. We’re talking elegant midi dresses on a par with Ghost or Kitri, silky slips that could have walked down a Paris Fashion Week catwalk, and oversized headbands to rival K-Mid’s enviable collection. The most premium buy is a pair of thigh-high boots at £139.99, but even that’s fairly purse-friendly compared with other similar styles on the high street right now. The colour palette for the line is, of course, suitably Christmassy – rich reds and greens mingle with metallics, although there’s the odd pop of bright like powder blue for contrast, and of course, plenty of LBDs (and LBJs – that’s little black jumpsuits) to take your pick from. It’s also not short on gorgeous textures: velvet, leather, velour and faux fur all play their part when it comes to heaping on the glamour. However, our biggest recommendation is make a beeline for anything embellished – from sequinned smock tops to glittery hair slides, and bodies dotted with chic gold studs, you’ll find plenty of sparkle on the rails.
