YOU Magazine Fashion Beauty Celebrity Health Life Relationships Horoscopes Food Interiors Travel Home Beauty Sanctuary Spa s new Wellness range is designed to help you de-stress By You Magazine - April 2, 2020 Feeling stressed? It’s no wonder, considering the uncertainty we are all currently experiencing. Rising cortisol levels can begin to have real impact on everything from our health to the look of our skin, so finding ways to keep it down is an endeavour that’s worth the time investment. Getty Images One thing you can do to try and maintain a sense of calm is to reach for your most soothing beauty products. It may sound trivial, and it’s certainly not a one-size-fits-all solution, but for many relaxing ingredients and luxurious textures can help to nourish your body on multiple levels, leaving you feeling less tightly-wound and anxious. And if you’re looking for the perfect place to start, Sanctuary Spa has read our minds with the launch of its latest wellness range, which launches later this month. Calming CBD Oil, £12.50, Sanctuary Spa The range comprises three products that are designed to ‘alleviate everyday pressures,’ and which really bridge the gap between beauty and wellness. The first is a Calming CBD Oil, which can be used in the bath or shower, or as a body oil. The versatile product harnesses the soothing properties of CBD for instant relief and a better night’s sleep. The second product in the collection is the De-Stress Warming Body Balm, for use after your evening bath or shower. It uses ginger and rosemary oil to relieve tired muscles, which is pretty ideal with all the working from home that’s happening right now. De-Stress Warming Body Balm, £10.00, Sanctuary Spa Then there’s the Sleep Mist, which rounds up the range. Unlike most sprays, this one goes on your face and not your pillow. It uses botanical oils to send you off to sleep, along with hyaluronic acid to boost the skin as you snooze. It also helps to limit damage from blue light from phones and laptops you’ve faced during the day, which again, is great for our current situation. Sleep Mist, £12, Sanctuary Spa The Sanctuary Spa Wellness trio launches online at boots.co.uk on 28 April, and will be available on Amazon too.
