YOU Magazine Fashion Beauty Celebrity Health Life Relationships Horoscopes Food Interiors Travel Home Food The best Mother’ s Day restaurant meal kits to pre-order now By Georgia Green - February 18, 2022 The last couple Mother’s Days have been quite the non-event, so this year we’re taking every excuse to celebrate. At-home restaurant meal kits were a trend ignited by lockdown and kept much of the hospitality industry in business – and they’re still a great way to celebrate at home with a restaurant-worthy meal, without the bother of going out. Mother’s Day is on 27 March this year, so we’ve rounded up 13 of the best Mother’s Day restaurant meal kits to pre-order now that will help you to celebrate your mum or the mother-figure in your life in style. Come on, let’s make them feel truly special – they deserve it… The best Mother’ s Day restaurant meal kits Hawksmoor Hawksmoor Roast Box for Four, from £95, Hawksmoor at Home Famous London steak restaurant Hawksmoor’s Sunday roast box includes a 35 day dry-aged roast rump for four and all the trimmings (roasties, gravy, Yorkshire puddings etc). If you have room, there’s sticky toffee pudding for dessert (and we always have room). Rick Stein Stein’s at Home Winter Cod Menu, £60, Stein’s at Home This three-course menu for two starts with mackerel fillets with pickled winter vegetables, followed by a main of cod with puy lentils, mashed potatoes and red wine sauce. Bocca Di Lupo Bocca di Lupo Veneto Macellaio For 2, from £60, Plateaway This three-course meal from award-winning Italian restaurant Bocca Di Lupo includes a starter of Tigelle with Pumpkin in Soar, then Venison Stracotto with Polenta and Green Asparagus with White Balsamic & Sliced Gran Padano for main and Nonna’s Alpine Apple Strudel for dessert.
