YOU Magazine Fashion Beauty Celebrity Health Life Relationships Horoscopes Food Interiors Travel Home Celebrity Dan Walker hits back at Piers Morgan By You Magazine - December 7, 2021 If there’s one thing we know about Piers Morgan, it’s that he’s not afraid of confrontation, but BBC Breakfast presenter Dan Walker has always come across as an extremely amiable chap. However, the two have been at each other following Dan’s elimination from Strictly Come Dancing at the weekend, when he was voted out in a dance-off against AJ Odudu. BBC In keeping with his generally lovely demeanour, Dan shared a sweet tribute to dance partner Nadiya Bychkova on Twitter, thanking the professional for being ‘the best teacher’ and ‘a great friend’. ‘Well… what a ride! #Strictly has been a truly wonderful experience for me. I enjoyed every second,’ he wrote. ‘@NadiyaBychkova is a superstar: kind, encouraging, funny, clever, the best teacher I could ever have hoped for & a great friend. Thanks for the support & thanks for having us.’ While the tweet received plenty of love from fans, Piers Morgan was less positive, commenting: ‘You came 5th, mate. She needed a better pupil.’ In a similarly playful comeback, Dan shared the infamous clip of Piers walking out of Good Morning Britain, saying ‘I did think about walking off when @CraigRevHorwood gave me some grief in week 2 but… who does that?’ Morning.
