But we must admit, there’s been something so joyous about putting on normal clothes and actually leaving the house to go and do something fun – not just our weekly trip to the supermarket. Although, this season, we’ve been pleasantly surprised by the clothing ranges offered by supermarkets. This pink dress from TU at Sainsbury’s has already sold out multiple times after being a massive hit with Instagram influencers and shoppers alike. Now, George at Asda has launched what we think could be another shopping sensation – a bootcut version of its ultra-stretchy, figure-loving Wonderfit jeans. The brand has sold 1.7 million units of its Wonderfit jeans since launching in 2015, and last year it reported the strongest sales yet with 300k units sold. This year, an average of 5.75k units are sold per week, so the demand is still very much there. The Wonderfit jean is designed to move with your body and act as a ‘second skin’, so you are guaranteed a perfect fit. A description of the jeans says that a small size should fit sizes 8-12, while medium will flatter and fit a size 14-18. The specialised fabric ensures the denim keeps it shape, springing back to its original size once washed. For £20, the jeans sit on the cheaper end of the price scale, and are available in a black or indigo colour.
