If so, you’re in good company, as being confined to our homes has led many people to give those spaces a bit of a revamp recently. In the process, a certain colour trend has emerged, and Etsy is now backing it to be a major interiors theme for 2022. In a report into upcoming trends for next year, Etsy named the rich jewel tone of emerald green as a go-to shade for our homes, with a 64% rise in searches on the platform. Emerald green can look either trendy or traditional, depending on how you use it, and has that lovely quality of bringing the outdoors in. It looks fabulous teamed with a neutral, natural palette, but recently combining green with bold colours such as navy and pink has also become a popular decor trend.
