Love holidays? How about combining the two? Yes, chocoholics, all of your Christmases just came at once, because an eight-day chocolate cruise now exists and it’s the stuff of truly delicious dreams. Costa Cruises has teamed up with Eurochocolate, Puglia’s annual celebration of all things cocoa, to offer guests a unique opportunity to travel to several major ports on a super sweet adventure. Getty Images Sign up to join the fun, and from the moment you board the ship and glimpse the edible sculpture carved by a Eurochocolate master, it’ll be non-stop chocolate galore. Throughout the stay, travellers will enjoy everything from cookery classes and workshops to guided tastings, and even chocolate and wine-pairing masterclasses too. The cruise will operate on Costa Cruises’ Costa Pacifica ship, and it will leave from Civitavecchia on 16 April 2020, docking in Genoa, Barcelona, Palma de Mallorca, Malta and Catania along the way. There will also be daily themed stops – such as a visit to the Chocolate Museum in Barcelona – in each of the locations. Prices start from €998 based on two adults sharing, and you can either book a basic cabin, or opt for an all-inclusive rate that includes drinks, package and service fees.
