The world’s first cheese-themed hotel has opened its doors and it sounds glorious. Best of all, it’s based right here in the UK. Cafe Rouge Popular French bistro restaurant Café Rouge has launched a unique cheese-themed hotel suite in Camden, London to go hand-in-hand with their new winter menu (which includes a cheesy afternoon tea) and it won’t cost you a dime to stay there. The one-of-a-kind suite is made up of cheese wallpaper, giant cheese installations and endless cheese-themed soft furniture. Everything from the cushions to the bedding have cheese designs on them and of course, guests can indulge in unlimited cheese. Yes we know, it really is a cheese fanatic’s dream. Once you’ve settled into the suite, you can simply dial the Cheese Hotline to order as much cheese as your heart desires. However, all good things have a slight catch – and in this case, the catch is that you’ll have to been of nine lucky winners to experience the special suite. Getty Images Café Rouge will be opening the pop-up from 29 January til – 6th February 2020. Those who want to be in with a chance of winning a one night stay with a friend simply need to email [email protected] to register their interest in the experience. Shortly after, nine winners will be selected at random and allocated a stay in the cheese suite on any of the days it is open. But that’s not all. The winners will also be treated to a complimentary £50 gift voucher which will cover a dinner for two at Café Rouge where they can sample the winter menu and feast on even more cheese.
