Well, we’ve got some great news. You can now get much more than successful last-minute packing privileges for your talent by actually earning some money for it. A new pro holiday packer service has launched for those who want to earn money to help holidaymakers over the summer by offering up their expertise. Getty Images As reported by Metro, the ‘professional holiday packer and planner’ service will allow users to either get paid for packing suitcases and sorting out other holiday admin for travellers, or on the flip side, pay to have someone do those things for you before a holiday. Sounds tempting, right? The packers and planners can earn up to £45 an hour to take care of all the holiday admin – think everything from buying holiday essentials for their client, packing suitcases, preparing instructions to pack properly when travelling home, organising all admin to ensure any paperwork (like travel documents) is in the correct order and even offering personal shopping services, if wished. Getty Images The service has been launched by Bark.com after the company realised that demand for assistance services such as house-sitting, pet-sitting, gardening and cleaning more than doubles during the months of July and August, as people jet off on holiday. And as preparing for travel can also be quite a hassle, they cooked up the genius idea. Talking about the service, Kai Feller, co-founder of Bark.com, said: ‘I think we can all agree that packing and planning for a holiday is incredibly stressful, time consuming and overwhelming. I myself dread packing my suitcase for a holiday and often leave it until the last minute. ‘This service removes the stresses and anxieties involved with packing and planning for a trip away. After all, holidays should be full of excitement, not dread.
