With outdoor exercise limited to one outing a day, English National Ballet School trained dancer Sarah De-Feu, aka The Ballet Coach, is making exercising indoors that little bit easier for everyone by streaming live ballet sessions online for free. Getty Images Utilising YouTube, Instagram and Facebook Live, Sarah is leading multiple sessions a week for people of all ages to follow along to. There’s ‘Little Ones Ballet’ aimed at ages 3-5, ‘Adult Ballet Stretch’ classes and even a ‘Grandmas & Grandpas’ weekly session. One person commented on Instagram, saying: ‘Thank you so much my girls loved this today it started out day off beautifully, they have been missing their classes and this made them so happy to be able to take part in something they love xx.’ Another wrote: ‘Not sure who is more excited about this… Me? Or my children? ?! Thank you x.’ Which just goes to show that The Ballet Coach’s classes really are for everyone. With many people looking to fill their newfound free time by learning a new skill or hobby, why not make yours ballet?
