An attraction in its own right, the Soho-based dessert shop, Crème, has garnered a cult following for its giant New York-inspired cookies made with a French twist. Instagram/@creme.london But for those who don’t reside in the capital, a trip to the big city is no longer required to get a taste of executive chef Jeremy Coste’s delicious artisan cookie goodness, as Crème is set to launch nationwide delivery, meaning everyone can experience their own moment of gooey cookie bliss. While they’ve only offered delivery within London until now, as of 17 August, the whole of the UK can order their very own box of the famous giant mouthwatering cookies. Instagram/@creme.london Freshly prepared and baked each morning, the cookies are delivered straight from the Soho store in London and come beautifully gift-packaged in boxes of 6 or 12. The packaging has been specially designed to help the cookies retain their freshness and signature gooey texture and there are four flavours to choose from to fill your bespoke box: Chocolate cookie dough with dark chocolate chips Classic cookie dough with milk chocolate chips Miso cookie dough with white chocolate chips Banana cookie dough with dark chocolate chips View this post on Instagram A post shared by Crème (@cremelondon) A box of 6 cookies will cost £22 and 12 will cost £40, but when each indulgent cookie weighs in at a mighty 150g, you’ll soon see that they’re worth the price tag. Instagram/@creme.london These iconic cookies are the result of Michelin-trained executive chef Jeremy Coste’s trip to the US where he was introduced to extra-large chunky chocolate chip cookies served hot from the oven for the first time. This inspiration, combined with his upbringing in a traditional family-run French bakery and using only the highest quality ingredients, resulted in the brand’s now signature chunky cookie with the perfectly molten, gooey centre.
