The catch? He’s supposedly a PlayStation exclusive character. Whether or not it’d be making a firm-favourite character only playable by PS4 gamers remains to be seen.ADVERT ADVERT This isn’t the first time we’ve seen a retailer accidentally leak some important video game information. Just last week, UK toy retailer, Smyths Toys, leaked that the multiplayer mode for Halo Infinite will be free-to-play. Credit: 343 Industries A promotional description said the game will run at up to 120 FPS and will feature a “groundbreaking free-to-play multiplayer experience.” Following the leak, the Halo team confirmed this to be true, though presumably, it was meant to be kept under wraps for a little longer. “Halo is for everyone. We can confirm #HaloInfinite multiplayer will be free-to-play and will support 120FPS on Xbox Series X. More details will be shared later,” said the official Halo Twitter account, just hours after the leak went public.ADVERT ADVERT Halo is for everyone. Marvel’s Avengers is due to release on September 4 for Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and PC. It’ll later be heading to next-gen consoles, the PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X.
