Modders Recreate Modern Warfare 2 Remastered Multiplayer In Black Ops 3 4 June 2020 by Lara Jackson The world might be a little in love with Call of Duty: Modern Warfare and Warzone right now, but that doesn’t mean there’s no love for some of the more classic CoD games. Right now, modders are busy working on recreating the multiplayer mode of Modern Warfare 2 Remastered – within Black Ops 3. The need for such a feat comes from the fact that the recently-released Modern Warfare 2 Remastered launched without a multiplayer mode – something which has left a lot of players feeling more than just a tad disappointed. Credit: Activision However, the modding community has stepped forward with their solution, created entirely within Black Ops 3. ADVERT ADVERT The news comes via Mp1st, where it’s reported that a gamer named Andy is working with other modders to bring the multiplayer back to life. Not too many details have been given so far, but we have got a nice screenshot of the Rust map, which you can see in Andy’s tweet below.
