In Italy, one of the countries with the highest death tolls due to coronavirus, quarantine and lockdown have already been enforced, and mayors are trying to tackle the issue of quarantine breakers. Despite the seriousness of the issue, there’s a little light at the end of the tunnel, as various mayors’ statements have attracted a lot of attention online.
