The spiky knuckled red echidna teams up with Doctor Eggman and gives Sonic a brutish beat down. But wait, isn't he friends with Sonic? Well, not right off the bat. Knuckles arrives in the Sonic scene in the 1994 video game Sonic the Hedgehog 3.
