Pokémon Go Adventure Sync 25km, 50km and 100km walking rewards, weekly reset time and level requirement explained Niantic's new Pokémon Go walking feature Adventure Sync explained. Guide by Chris Tapsell Reviews Editor Additional contributions by Matthew Reynolds Updated on 28 Oct 2019 Adventure Sync has arrived in Pokémon Go, bringing a useful new way to help you play the game. Adventure Sync, in brief, is a new system that allows your Pokémon Go app to link to either the iOS HealkKit or Google Fit apps on your iPhone or Android device respectively. In other words, it means things like your steps and distance travelled can now be recorded by Pokémon Go without you having to have the app open - giving you additional Adventure Sync rewards. That means Pokémon Go Eggs can be hatched by you walking around with the app closed and your phone away in your pocket, and likewise Candy from your Buddy can be earned in the same way. Poké mon Go Adventure Sync 25km 50km and 100km weekly rewards and weekly Adventure Sync reset time explained Adventure Sync rewards are based on your distance at the end of the weekly reset, which is Monday, 9am local time. There are four tiers of Adventure Sync rewards, which accumulate, and also give you a chance of unlocking additional rewards in each tier. Remember, anything that's possible isn't guaranteed - you could simply receive just the guaranteed rewards only. Reward TierGuaranteed Adventure Sync rewardsPossible Adventure Sync reward 5km20x Poke BallsN/A 25kmAbove guaranteed rewards, plus 10 Great Balls, 500 StardustChance of 3x Rare Candy or a 5 km Egg 50kmAbove guaranteed rewards, plus 1,000 StardustChance of 5 Rare Candy, 5 Silver Pinap Berries, 5km Egg or a 10 km Egg 100kmAbove guaranteed rewards, plus 16,000 StardustN/A Thanks to The Silph Road research for filling in the gaps with the above, including recent 100km additions. Some notes on the above: As with Gifts, make sure you have an open Egg spot to ensure you have a chance of receiving one. Additionally, the Egg pool can be different to the main one, and can focus on a smaller and sometimes rarer group of Pokémon, but changes often, making it harder to keep track than the standard Egg charts. If it isn't clear in-game what rewards you've received, then be sure to check your Journal. Additionally, if Adventure Sync rewards don't unlock at the weekly reset time, then close and re-open the app, and you should receive them next time you log into the game, like so: (Okay it was 20) pic.twitter.com/FUEYWEfKJI- Bat-thew Reynolds ? Poké mon Go Adventure Sync level requirement and how to activate Adventure Sync At the time of writing, the current level requirement for players to have access to Adventure Sync is level 5, having already dropped from level 40 within a few days. Update: Adventure Sync is now available to Trainers level 5 and up!- Pokémon GO (@PokemonGoApp) November 5, 2018 To see this content please enable targeting cookies. Manage cookie settings This is how Niantic rolls out most new features - gradually testing it on smaller numbers of high-usage players, before rolling it out to everyone else over time - but don't expect it to take too long. Usually, features tested like this become available to most, if not all players within around a week. Once it becomes available, it'll be very obvious, appearing on the screen the next time you log into the game. Agree to turn it on, and to make use of the iOS HealkKit or Google Fit feature, and it will begin counting your steps. If rewards aren't unlocking, then remember that they are handed out when you log into the app. So close it, reopen fresh, and they should appear.
