Here are two ways to make it: Ingredients for Chocolate Sea-Salt Fudge 18 Medjool dates, pitted 3 Scoops chocolate Metabolic Drive Protein 3 Tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder 2 Tablespoons peanut butter powder (PB2) or almond flour 1/4 Teaspoon sea salt Ingredients for Caramel-Toffee Fudge 18 Medjool dates, pitted 3 Scoops vanilla Metabolic Drive Protein 3 Tablespoons lucuma powder (available at health food stores) 2 Tablespoons almond flour Instructions Line a tin or container with baking paper. You'll also need a good food processor or high-powered blender. Simply toss in all of the ingredients and blend until the mixture forms into a ball. It might look a little too dry at first, but persevere and it should form a ball after about 30-60 seconds. Remove the ball and press down in the tin/container. Alternatively, you could just roll it between two sheets of baking paper. Flatten or roll out as thin as you'd like, then cut and portion into 18 bite-sized pieces or 9 full-size bars. For the chocolate sea-salt version, add a little extra sea salt on top... for the Instagram likes. These work just fine at room temperature, but they'll harden in the freezer and become irresistibly chewy. Use the baking paper to individually wrap the bars for an easy grab-and-go snack when needed.
