Replacing the Community Center bundles with the Community Development Projects, the JojaMart Membership route is a permanent change to your save file. If you take this route, you'll no longer be able to receive any of the rewards from the Community Center bundles. Have a good think about whether you want to return to the corporate world of Joja or support Pelican Town and its citizens by rebuilding the Community Center yourself.
