News by Wesley Yin-Poole Deputy Editorial Director Updated on 21 Apr 2020 4 comments As the Premier League struggles to work out how to finish the 2019-20 season amid the coronavirus outbreak, footballers are set to star in a FIFA 20 tournament that kicks off today to raise money for the NHS. The inaugural ePremier League Invitational tournament sees a player from each Premier League club represent their team in a knockout tournament, with a final set to be shown live on Sky Sports on Saturday, 25th April. The prize fund goes to the #PlayersTogether initiative, which was created by Premier League players as a collective way of generating funds for the National Health Service. Expect to see stay at home messaging during the tournament, too. There are some genuine big names taking part. Trent Alexander-Arnold - perhaps the world's best right back - will play for Liverpool. World class winger Raheem Sterling represents Manchester City. Wilfried Zaha is playing for Crystal Palace. Chelsea's promising right back Reece James is playing for the Blues. The opening rounds feature four matches per day between 12pm and 4pm UK time, from Tuesday 21st April to Friday 24th April. The semi-finals and final will be televised live on Sky Sports at 3pm UK time on Saturday, 25th April. You can watch on YouTube and Twitch.
