Due to Officer Dick being a secret skater, you will have to complete a number of challenges to unlock the ability to skate as him. Officer Dick is a recurring secret skater in the Tony Hawk's series and, in this game, he has been modelled on Jack Black of School of Rock fame. How to unlock Officer Dick in Tony Hawk s Pro Skater 1 2 To unlock Officer Dick in Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 1+2 you must complete the Rags To Riches challenge, which can be found in the Legends section of the Challenge menu. The Rags To Riches challenge. To complete the Rags To Riches challenge you must complete all of the challenges in the Create-A-Skater collection. Complete the Create-A-Skater challenge set. To find this challenge set you must enter the Skater Challenges submenu for the Challenges menu and then scroll down one. If you try to complete any of these challenges using one of the famous skaters in Tony Hawk's Pro Skater, then the challenge won't be completed.
