Sure, it doesn't have the bells and whistles you might find with more pricier monitors, but at $199.99, the Odyssey G3 ticks all the boxes at a great price. Featuring a 1080p VA panel with a 144Hz refresh rate and AMD FreeSync Premium, the Odyssey G3 is the perfect monitor for smooth gameplay with entry-tier GPUs. If you have an Xbox Series X or S, the monitor should also support variable refresh rate (VRR) gaming at 1080p. Well apart from its super-smooth high refresh rate, it has a 1ms response rate, a 3000:1 contrast ratio, and an HDMI 2.0 and DisplayPort 1.2 input. The monitor doesn't support HDR, but at this price, any monitor that does tends to have a poor implementation, as the peak brightness of the monitor is on the low side.
