From there, another can of cat food can be collected next to the door to the lone warehouse located east. It's right before stumbling upon the weapon upgrade station. Lastly, if you happen to be south of the previous location, there is a can of cat food inside the boat warehouse. That should be all! While there are plenty of options, remember that you only need collect one vintage can of cat food, so just head towards to the closest spot to finish this promptly.
